Statutory right of withdrawal
Customers who qualify as consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable legal period and without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you
(other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract
by means of an unambiguous statement.

Your withdrawal request must include your name, contact details, the product concerned,
the date of purchase, and your order reference.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you,
including the standard delivery costs (if applicable).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day
on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided
evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from
the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned in a condition that allows us to verify their nature,
characteristics and functioning.
Condition of returned DVDs and media products
For sealed audio, video or software products, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal
has been removed after delivery.
Therefore, DVDs and other sealed media products must remain unopened and sealed in order
to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable consumer
protection law applies.
This includes, where applicable, contracts for goods or services that are excluded from
the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
