General Conditions for Submission:

By submitting your film, the following conditions apply:

Eligible are films made by young filmmakers aged 14 to 30 and or by groups with mainly participants aged 14 to 30, residing in Luxembourg or the greater region or having otherwise a connection to Luxembourg.

The submission deadline is November 2nd, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. The event will take place on November 15th 2025 @17:00.

Films should have a minimum resolution of Full HD (1920×1080) and may be filmed at either 25 or 24 fps. Acceptable file formats include ProRes or H.264.

The maximum length for submitted films is 25 minutes.

Eligible for submission are short films, documentaries, or music videos.

Each submission should include a brief synopsis and a biography of the filmmaker. After the submission of this form, you will receive an email with an upload link to upload the film and optionally English subtitles in the format SRT.

Filmmakers are required to hold all necessary rights to the material used in their films, including music, sound effects, images, and the story.

Submitted films may be used for promotional purposes related to the event.

Films containing discriminatory, sexist, or otherwise offensive content will not be accepted.

Feierblumm reserves the right to make a selection of the submitted films. Not all submitted films will be shown. Selected filmmakers will be notified in due time.

Rights for screening at the event are granted upon submission of the film.

A networking event will be held after the screening, participation of the Filmmaker is appreciated.
